14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with SafeGuard. If it does not meet your expectations for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase — no questions asked.
This applies to all plans (Starter, Professional, and Agency).
How to Request a Refund
Send an email to [email protected] with the email address you used to purchase. That is all we need. No lengthy forms, no justification required.
Refund Timeline
Once we process your request, the refund is issued through Dodo Payments to your original payment method. It typically takes 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
What Happens After a Refund
- Your license key will be revoked and all site activations will be deactivated.
- The plugin will stop receiving updates and will no longer be able to connect to premium storage providers.
- Your existing backups are yours to keep. Any backup files already stored on your chosen storage provider (S3, Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.) will remain untouched. We never delete your backup data.
Annual License Cancellations (After 14 Days)
If you cancel an annual subscription after the 14-day money-back window, you will not be charged at the next renewal, but we do not issue partial refunds for the remaining time on your current billing cycle. Your license will remain active until the end of the paid period.
In exceptional circumstances (e.g., accidental renewal, extended outage on our end), we may offer a prorated refund at our discretion. Just reach out and we will work with you.
